6 - Like this. A lot of context. Criticism; slightly different arrangement/composition (for more balance), better focus/sharpness on at least a few items, the lighting adjusted, would all have made this better in my opinion.

but no Magic. Just a picture that's too dark to see what's there. I can't tell if this is sepiatone or just lit by a sunrise/sunset or incandescent lighting of a colorless scene.

i like the choice of perspective for this shot...looking straight down onto the still life. the lighting is washing out the calculator display, but i like it otherwise!

I like this, I had a similar idea but this seems just a bit too cluttered for it to really work. I feel the clock and business card holder isn't needed along with the cup of coffee and the meds. I think it would have worked very well with the bills/mortage/pen and calculator in the photo. I like the neutral black background. A wooden grained table top will work as well.
