What Moose? (Natural Camouflage)by brens29Comment by Sammie: This moose really does blend into the background. It seems strange to see a moose in the sage brush, they usually like swampy places better. I think a different crop might have helped make this a stonger picture . If you cropped so the moose was either more to the right or left that would have placed it on the third making a more appealling composition. |

What Moose? (Natural Camouflage)by brens29Comment by Neuferland: Oh, there he is! Nice shot! The way he blends in fits very well into the challenge. I like the idea/concept of the shot but the over all composition leaves me a bit wanting. It's very centered and everything but the dark line between the first row of bushes and the second one keeps competing and drawing me away. Also the colors seem a bit flat and dull overall. The lighting is nice for the shot, maybe just a slight adjustment to the color balance or saturation to bring out the colors more? As is a 6 |

What Moose? (Natural Camouflage)by brens29Comment by anthonyczaja: Wish the moose wasn't centered and wish he was a bit more obscure. One way to take care of the placement would have been to crop some of the top and right. You would have removed some of the unneeded green and placed the moose higher and to the right, but I've got to give it to you on this photo. I mean, it's not every day you see a photo on dpchallenge of a moose hiding in some white bushes! |

Flowing Waterby brens29Comment by riolobo: How does the division of your picture into three frames enhance the photo? How does this "tell...a story or illustrates a concept or object" better than the original image? |
