Is this a schoolhouse? I wouldn't know from just looking at the window. Looks like it could be your neighbor's house, or my neighbor's house... I'm voting it low because it just doesn't appeal to my understanding of education, and because the photo itself is not very interesting, maybe because of the electrical box and grafitti on the shutter.

Quality is good but object doesnt give much interest. Maybe B&W would made it more artistic as there is good contrast of colors.
