This is a great idea that suffers from underexposure. He also doesn't look terribly happy about getting his picture taken either. I love the concept, but I think it needs some refining before reshooting.

Greetings from the Critique Club!
There's lots of character in this one! Nicely composed using the diagonal line. The tree just adds a little something nice to the picture. Cropped a bit tight. A little more breathing room around the truck would be a plus.
The choice of black and white is a good one. It emphasizes the age somehow, and helps bring out a little detail. Sepia would also be nice to see.
Overall you did a very nice job.

I like the inclusion of the man in your shot, has a great feel to the shot. The building seems a bit dark and purple to me, but I think it might be my monitor, if it is indeed dark and purple, maybe a fiddle in PS would have solved? :)

This is a great idea. Nice creativity. I do wish the child's face was clearer and that the pic overall wasn't so dark. It looks like you've captured a neat expression on the child's face. Nice job.
