That is a shame. It is also telling that there are a lot of folks on this site that don't appreciate concept in a photograph. All they want to see is "pretty."

It is a good shot, to be sure, but I'm not digging the boots. I think it would have been more mysterious sans panties with the same pose and her head turned toward the corner.

Ok so the idea of the phone is not bad. maybe if it was shot from the front and she was holding the phone in front of her as she was texting. maybe jsut seeing her eyes over the top of it.

Well im sad to see the crop and no text. The lighting is nice even though it looks to be a bit off to the side. Not sure if a fill flash was used or not. Girls look familiar, If i had to guess id have to say the Photographer was Cindi.... but my guessing is usually only 50% right.

A very nice portrait, but I suspect voters expected a more CD/album aspect ratio. A black or dark brown frame with a very wide portion on the left and the "band name" lettered there would work well.
