Everything about this shot is fantastic. The colors, the silhouette... everything (except the border! LOL) I do like how you did the border, but it doesn't fit this image (unfortunately).

hey elee exept for appealing this is an interesting composition with these strong horizontal lines against those background diagonals
also the tete a tete idea works well to emphasize the feel of 'ties

(little critic note might be the slightly disharmony created by the tilted line and the women's heads caught in the white line
.. tho i cant see much possibility to avoid this)

Very nice moment you captured here. Makes you just want to say...ah, young love! It looks like this fountain(I assume it's all the same fountain) is a great muse for you, you are getting some very captivating photographs there. The amount of DOF is just perfect on this.

Great photograph, the large splash of red against the rest of the monochromatic tones. The object close to her head as suggested by greatandsmall doesn't bother me, I seem more fixated by her reflected head being against the edge of the photo. You can ignore my nitpicking though, I really do love this photo!
