Well, on the plus side, viewers felt you met the Challenge and gave you reasonable marks.

I'm trying to like the off-center composition and trying to understand the ty-in to the Challenge. But, for me anyhow, it's tough. So perhaps that is where some of your more average votes went. Esoteric, yes. Quick to catch the meaning, difficult.

Unfortunately, when our viewers are going through entries and voting, quick to catch the meaning seems to be the way to go.

So, while I think the white streak is a touch "hot" perhaps it has a meaning I don't understand.

With that thought, I'll say that your portfolio is an interesting one and you have lots of images that score almost off the charts. I'll look forward to seeing more of your entries in future Challenges.
