Day 05A - Last Lightby KenComment by citymars: I prefer this to the b&w version. Such a wash of soft colors, with little reddish dots of artificial light drawing the eye here and there -- it's an appealing scene. I think the forward lamp stands out more in this photo, too. |

Day 05A - Last Lightby KenComment by figaro: Actually, for one I prefer the colour! Both are extremely effective but the instant calming effect this has puts it slightly above the other for me. This is the best kind of HDR processing - it makes the image work more effectively but you can't tell it's there. I was actually surprised to see it was HDR, and that's a real compliment!
