This is very sexy, and what a model! - Okay, let me calm down for a minute and look past that at the technical aspects of the image... :)

There's a yellow cast to the shot, almost as if you're using mixed incandescent lighting with flash. I also get the feeling that the shutter speed is too slow (possibly to compensate for poor lighting?) - It's just that the focus doesn't look very sharp.

Actually, on closer examination I'm pretty sure you're using a slow shutter speed because of the blur around the necklace.

I really like the pose. It's a pity the models face isn't visible. Or at least cropped differently. Cropping at the chin like that looks a bit odd.

I like this a lot. I do wish more of the dress was in focus because it just looks so interesting, but the pose is nice and the whole look of the photo is quite different. If I could change something, it might be to put this model and dress into a background that looked much older, maybe 19th century. Great photo.
