IMHO, meeting the challenge is just a start. I think it should also be atractive, or interesting, or surprising, or informative, or something. Your composition is none of those; no color; not B&W; no determined shape, either figurative or abstract or oniric; and the worst part is the lack of focus, which is always a killer. Even a photo of movement, although not a stop motion image, should be focused; it is the nature of our eyesight. (I am honestly trying to provide useful feedback).
