Day 2 B&Wby KatmystiryComment by CapeSail: I like it. Very nice night photo. I think it works great for B&W. The conversion worked well maintaining the depth of the colors. |

Day 2 B&Wby KatmystiryComment by Alicia: How cool! Love the light steeple against the dark sky and roof. And how do you get all that depth in the sky?? |

Mini Daisy Day 1by KatmystiryComment by ursula: He, he, wild in more than one sense. Interesting shot, I can't make up my mind if I really like it, or really don't like it. Weird how that goes sometimes. I like the "whimsical" (as somene said below) quality of the photo, the square crop, the DOF. I don't particularily care for the stem that goes to the back (bottom left part), IMO, it makes it too busy all of a sudden. What do I know. |

Mini Daisy Day 1by KatmystiryComment by JerseyGenie: Nice bokeh shot. I really think this is a good black & white shot. The delicate white petals stand out so well against the very dark background. |

Mini Daisy Day 1by KatmystiryComment by CapeSail: I really like the dark background here, it really hightlights the daisys. The composition is nice. Only negative comment would be that I'd like to see all of the daisy's as sharp as the one 2nd from right. Great photo though. |

Day 2 B&Wby KatmystiryComment by SandyP: I don't know, Kat. . .it sure looks great in black and white! The white is so pure, it seems to glow against the beautiful shades of grays and blacks!

Mini Daisy Day 1by KatmystiryComment by CNovack: Love the B&W in these photo. The white tones of the daisies really pop visually off of the black backdrop of the background. The details and the tones on the daisies really draws the eyes in to stay, linger, and smell the flowers. Square crop was a nice choice too for it keeps the eyes centered on the main subjects which are the flowers. |
