I usually don't like selective desaturation, but I really think you did a great job with this... I like how the blue and white sky relate to the man's clothing. Great shot... good composition.

I like a lot of things about this. The monotone coloring of the building makes the man really stand out. I like the repition of the blue jeans in the reflection of the sky in the window. I like the interest in the old wood. And I like the 'sad' feeling of the man sitting with his head in his hands. Well done!

The right hand window makes this image. Blue sky and cloud, like a far away dream to the man on the steps. Him in his own depressing world of troubles; the real world in all its divine glory only a lift of the head away. Very good juxtaposition if one sits and thinks a little. I missed it first time - lucky I cam back...
