Yes, it's out of focus, but photography isn't about perfection [purrfection?] - and this is a novel take on a subject that really is only likely to be found in the city, where such trivial embellishments as this are plentiful. I like it, and it's memorable.

However, your score will die a death, and you should try to take the time to show the subject to its best potential. I would have positioned the puss left as if to suggest more interest in the off-screen action. Faster shutter speed to prevent blur (higher ISO - like 800) and lower f no. like f4.
