All this needs (in my opinion)is a bit more punch to the colours and lighting and it would be magnificent - it's just falls between soft pastels and punchy colours though and ends up a little flat.
It might well be fixable in post processing though. |

Apache Trail1by ArpeggioAngelComment by yanko: I like the composition. It's centered but the lines zigzig up and down which gives it interest. The lighting however is very bland and hurts the shot, IMO. |

Apache Trail1by ArpeggioAngelComment by pineapple: It's a dramatic landscape and I can see the clouds were obscuring the sun. The rusty colours certainly come out. There seem to be some haloes around the mountains and near-shore cliffs. Otherwise, I rather like the composition. I imagine it would be a great location in more dramatic weather. |
