The lighting is really harsh for the color. I had a hard time realizing that this was in a dumpster of some sort until I just saw the edge. It may have benefitted from a litlle wider view. DPz

This is just so weird; I found I kept coming back to it. There are points in the shot that make it less than perfect, for example, the green seems to compromise the background quite a lot and perhaps it needs to be more central, but the picture keeps me looking. There is something about the shot – flawed or otherwise – that make it special, why? I don't know. The photographer in me can find faults, but my eye thinks it's a superb photograph – and I'm afraid I can't argue with what my eye tells meâ€Â¦ (10)

I think an all black backgound would have done well. If you have a glass table top, you could have tried putting black cloth under the glass too so you could see more reflections...
