Succulent Branchesby hblakeComment by mcrochip: Aloe is such a cool plant to look at... a plant that has the healer inside to fix the cuts from the thorns. I like the lighting here and the level of detail, though I think the DoF should be a touch deeper - just to the branch in the upper right corner would be in focus too. |

Succulent Branchesby hblakeComment by dahkota: The DOF on this is short so most of the image is out of focus. For me, it doesn't work as I don't know what to focus on. I think the lighting works to provide depth. The black background contrasts nicely with the green. |
