The color here, or more specifically lack thereof, adds a nice street feeling to the image for me. His intense concentration is interesting to see. My only concern is that the woman with her arms folded is distracting, even though you did a nice job of blurring out the audience. Perhaps a different crop would help with that? 6.

Wonder how a horizontal crop just above the square opening would work. Can't see how you'd crop the distraction to the right without losing some of the rope ladder. I like it anyway. The play of shadows is interesting.

Cool shot. Love the lines and shadows and the mono look to it.
It looks a tad bit on the sharper side to me, especially around the rope ladder and the ship's name.
