So pretty. Beautiful bokeh and the frosty wire is so cool. Back to bump you up but only to 8 because my eyes would like to see the frost/fence a bit sharper. A touch of halo on the inside of the border from either sharpening or noise reduction after bordering the image possibly. Still one of the nicer images in this challenge IMO.

fabulous image - I wanted to do the same thing but our weather wouldn't cooperate - a little fuzzy in the details & a little noisy in the background | a hair more contrast would have been stellar

Sorry, I thinkthe movement is intentional but nevertheless, I don´t think it´s having a positive effect on shot, in short, I don´t like that about it and voted a 4.
