Alzheimer'sby TammerComment by trevytrev: A moving picture, even w/o the title, but more so with knowing the love and sorrow that this contains. Beautifully captured! |

Alzheimer'sby TammerComment by MaryO: Poignant. Think I'd have cropped out the door entirely, though she could be frowning because she can't get outside, I just don't think it adds enough to the story and I'd like to zoom right in on their expressions. |

Alzheimer'sby TammerComment by Citadel: I don't really agree with the choice of title. The disease is hard to show in a photograph since its a mental disease.
What I see in this photograph is simply an elderly couple. That in itself is enough of a story and makes me want to know more about them. I like the use of the door to frame them and the bit of the house in the frame gives us an idea of the character of the house too. It makes me believe that this is the house that they've lived in most of their lives. |

Alzheimer'sby TammerComment by jettyimages: This is a really poetic shot, perfect title to draw the viewer in, and excellent lighting on the subjects. I can see it in a book somewhere... |

Alzheimer'sby TammerComment by fmalan: A very emotional subject to attempt. That's quite brave. Or exploitational. But I'd vote for brave, in this case. 8. |
