I don't think this is gonna do too well.... reasons why
1 - the band is not prominant in the photo
2- the picture is real small
3- the focus is well... not focused
4- the lighting is basic and it looks like this could have been taken by just any person sitting around with a camera.

I don't mean to be harsh - this is a learning web site so I thought I should point some stuff out since a lot of people don't comment. my last picture got hammered because of a lack of focus.

Pleas don't take this wrong, but..... To small, Should have gotten closer to the band, people in the foreground are distracting plus the are overlit by the flash and the band got hardly any light. Try getting closer to the stage next time.4

The picture that you posted is too small. Consider submitting at 600pixels wide. The idea is good, but the band are not prominent enough in the picture and the flash has only 'reached' the audience.
