Womanby NatashaComment by MattO: Greetings from the critique club. First let me say that I think you already know that you might have stretched a bit on the challenge. However a nice photo will usually score well. I think you already know that the dress is lost in the BG and the flower is blown too far out losing you some points. I wish the framing hadnt been so tight to give some headroom(pun intended) and their are some distracting lines in the background. Over all you scored well for the challenge with the flaws in the shot. Good luck in future challenges. |

Every chair tells a storyby NatashaComment by howzitboy: i dunno, to me there is too much dead spaces. The back of the chair's blackness is mirrored by the fireplace's blackness too. Leaving all blackness but not enough lightness to balance it. maybe a touch of light on the mantle? |

Every chair tells a storyby NatashaComment by SandyP: It is beautiful. The rich dark sepia tones look so pretty with that light shining down on the scene. It draws you in and makes you think its more than just a picture of a chair -- like there's more to the story of that scene. I really like it.

Every chair tells a storyby NatashaComment by sherpet: I like the tobes and the light here but mabe the composition would have been better if you took a more side angle view by about 15%to 20% swing..... |
