Very nice shot. I love it all, but it doesn't seem like dirty streets. Maybe the color version would have shown the dirt, but I agree with you that the lack of color here helps the picture - maybe just not the challenge theme. (didn't penalize for any of above in voting though - just some comments for you to do whatever with)
