This should be the blue ribbon in my opinion. Tells a great story, love the distortion used to emphasize the woman. The title adds to the image, overall a very emotional and telling photograph. 10

Contrasts. The woman on the looks homeless and hungry. The lady on the street has some pizza. I think you should not have cut the lady on the right off in the middle. She accually looks more of a distraction. This would have been a stronger picture with just the lady on the left. I put a piece of paper covering the person on the right and cropped her out. This accually made for a stronger picture. Your sole attention would have been on the homeless person. Try it out when you get the chance.

This lens is effective here, it gives movement to the scene. Like a moment on the carousel of life. Nice subtle tones, and lots of interesting things to look at.
