unfortunately there are a couple of 'things' to improve (in my mind). while the composition is not bad at all, your choice of crop is a little too tight. You cropped off parts of the ears. While you tried to get the right eye into focus, the rest of the face is out of focus. A deeper DOF (smaller aperture value) would help here. The exposure is dead on. You did not lose any deatils in the whites. There are still some details visible.

Usually I'm all for interesting angles, but in this photo the angle seems to have compromised the composition a little bit. Or perhaps it's the cropping. I don't know, but in any case, she almost appears to be sliding out of the photo. However, I LOVE the colors and the lighting's lovely.
