Barren winter landscape.by photom1946Comment by Tammer: For me, the subject matter of your photo doesn't hold my interest for long. My eyes tend to focus between the two trees and there's nothing there for them to look at. My favorite part of your image is the blue of the sky. |

A kitchen window with a view.by photom1946Comment by Yo_Spiff: I like the appearance with the partially fogged panes. There appears to be a skew and/or a slight fisheye appearance to the window frame, and the frame being cut off at the bottom affects the balance to me. I think including a touch of the sill to balance out the top of the image would have helped. |

Barren winter landscape.by photom1946Comment by Yo_Spiff: Nice colors, but seems to lack punch. The foreground trees are almost lost in the background of the lower half. It strikes me as a snapshot taken with a good camera. I do see some effort at composition, though. |
