Sunset Silhouetteby stphqComment by Teafran: An image that directly meets the challenge, the author used the available light source to create a halo effect against the darker model. A good effort which could have used a little better treatment by adjusting the angle and cropping the bottom off the image. |

Castle Rockby stphqComment by qui-bow: Not enough black to balance out the white but a great subject.
I would have framed a little differently to let in less of the sky and more scene to the side of the castle.....if there was anything to see. :P |

raise a glass for christmasby stphqComment by pedrobop: The object is OOF and the background (christmas tree) doesn't represent a good Bokeh for me. Try to use more distance between the object and background next time...lens wide open and more focus! Good luck! |
