Bulls Take Aimby jan_vdwComment by Koriyama: (I'm making an attempt to explain why I give any photo 3 or less. Obviously I won't like these photos, but DPC is a place to learn a) about what works in this environment and b) about what other individuals think. Please don't be despondant just because I don't like your shot. Rather than that, if your entry scored low, please try and understand one commentor's reasons.)
Aside from the snapshot feeling here, the main reason I scored low was because I don't feel you met the challenge. The camera angle is obviously higher than the players - not exactly 'from the ground up'. Other little quibbles - the standing guy really detracts from the action. There's no action. I know that your title talks of a static position, but sports shots work better when there's action. If you had waited until they actually kicked, the effect would have been much more dramatic. |

Bulls Take Aimby jan_vdwComment by Tammer: Interesting take on the challenge description. I find the banner/sign in the foreground distracts from the overall shot for me. Good concept though. |
