Aside from the snapshot feeling here, the main reason I scored low was because I don't feel you met the challenge. The camera angle is obviously higher than the players - not exactly 'from the ground up'. Other little quibbles - the standing guy really detracts from the action. There's no action. I know that your title talks of a static position, but sports shots work better when there's action. If you had waited until they actually kicked, the effect would have been much more dramatic.

Interesting take on the challenge description. I find the banner/sign in the foreground distracts from the overall shot for me. Good concept though.
