Sorry, it just doesn't do anything for me. Not being the best at this sort of thing myself, but maybe if it wasn't all the same colour it might look better. I know hard when it is a car stereo and the dash is all one colour.

A beautiful situation. I like the gentle detail in the reeds in the foreground. A couple possibilities to consider is to frame it so that there's even a bit less of the sky showing, and so that the grasses or reeds intruding on the sky at the left of the picture are not there. The horizon line looks tilted also. The soft colours are really beautiful.

Just a really quick edit of your file (hope you don't mind).

Levels, right slider to the left to brighten up the grass a little.
History brush on the sky to bring it back to it's original levels.
Levels, left slider to the right to darken the sky a little.
History brush on the grass to bring it back to it's previous levels.
Shadow tool to ever so slightly bring out some more detail in the grass.
I cropped it somewhat like Greetmir suggested and tilted it to level the horizon.

Like I said, this was a really quick edit of the small file, but you get the point on how it can be improved IMO.
