The color here is a bit "dull". Focus on the front water drops is good. Maybe increase your DOF a bit. Bump the contrast a touch and this might pop a bit more. Nice job getting the shot!

Hmm. This doesn't fit the idea of personification that I'm seeing from most of the images, which would be the visual representation of a person, or "shows human characteristics" from the challenge description. However, I feel that it very definitely "evokes a human feeling" and so I think it very much fits the challenge. The composition is unique but very interesting, and I think it draws much more attention to it being the Bible, rather than the specific words on that certain page, than I think a 90 degree rotated pic would. Overall a very good job.
