Those glass bricks - always a good idea but extremely difficult to use to achieve a beautiful effect - make this photo stand out. The vanishing point on the right is in an interesting place. The cynical glance of the "sitter" sets the tone. There's something about those colours that enhances the viewing experience - but how it is achieved eludes me somehow. I wonder if it is a slight shift of hues.

One thing we miss in NYC is pedestrianism - roads that are dedicated to people walking. Along with pedestrianism comes cafes, smells of coffee, art, conversation and other pleasant reasons to dally. I like the view and colours in this photo. The converging lines are very appealing.

I really like this. There's an interesting yellowish color cast that lends the image somewhat of a vintage look which is very appealing. You have me wondering about her and what she's waiting for. I'm also being reminded of how I need to push myself to be more bold in taking candids of interesting people. Nice job on this!
