Rusty ladder perspectiveby psreedharComment by Mark: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
The Idea behind this photo is very good for the perspective challenge. Putting the shot in grayscale was an interesting idea, but I think that it caused the rust to dissapear, and the ladder to start to melt into the wall behind it. Depending on the height of the ladder, this shot may have worked better with a vertical composition.
It seems that the camera is focused on the wall rather than the ladder. The small aperture was a good choice IMHO, but it may have worked better with an even smaller aperture, like f8, as it seems that you had enough light available.
this is a nice shot, and I would be interested to see it in color.
This is an excellent first try. Just keep trying, and you will certainly improve.

Dark Bubbleby psreedharComment by Tammer: I wonder how this would look with a more vivid color background and a bit more focus on the bubble. The flash seems a bit harsh, but I know those bubbles are hard to photograph. |
