Nice find in seeing this. I think it would work better if you cropped it down to exclude the "ceiling". Nice POV on this, and it's well focused, etc... Good luck in the challenge.

The problem is I don't have any recognizable style or models (yet) so people could vote more appropriately. There's always the next challenge though.

Looks like he's having fun! :) I like that you thought of a different subject from the dozens of bikes and cars. I think with a little more "zoom" in the man, you'd have done better. Like had him bent over making "vroom" noises and running instead of walking. Compositionally, it'd be better to give him a little more room above his head. I like that you got down to the level of the cart and shot up at him, though.
