I'm guessing the title is the tag line of an ad I haven't seen. Assuming that, it's very, very good photography. OOF foregrounds usually bother me, but in this case it just makes the point of that one needle that much closer to my eye. You might have panned right just a bit to include more of the needles / less of the not so perfect background. Can't wait to find out what this one is for.
