Please don´t take me wrong, I like your picture very much, and I think most of the people do also, that is the reason it scored so high. What amazed me is that people are voting on the pictures without taking a note of the challenge. That is my opinion that your picture is on the edge of the challenge, the main subject is a bridge over a river, and on the other side of the river is a city, not a landscape.

such a great bridge, I live far enough from the the GW that I didnt realize its never lit up. This is a great perspective and crop..good exposure.
