Additional comments from "The Best of 2008 Posthumous Open":
undieyatch Elongated elliptical pathway as pedestal - fabulous composition.
Kali Smart shooting from the warmth of your home.
ubique A lightness of touch that I admire, and a strange sense of balance as they negotiate the great grey ellipse, as if it might slip or topple beneath them. For reasons that I cannot explain, I enjoy the fact that the dog is rendered more certainly than the person. I think the picture was always about the dog.
posthumous Yes, this reminds me of Fauvism for some reason. It's like a savage minimalism. I would have called it "The Lensbaby That Ate Levittown"
Iraklis I quite like this even though I am still on the fence about lensbaby, but that's just me.
It's like a memory one is struggling to define and hold on to. Makes me feel nostalgic.
chromeydome At first I thought I wished the dog and walker were a bit more in the sweet spot--kneejerk reaction, that. Spending a little time with this caused me to realize I was wrong, and you were right all along.
Bebe Wow. This is amazingly good. I figured this was a lensbaby, and then the comments affirmed it. It really makes me glad that lens exists.
digifotojo Nice abstract visual. This is what creative photography is all about. Well done.
Les_Feck A baseball diamond, that is what I keep seeing and sensing. Rightly or wrongly.
BAMartin This is the type of photo that makes me lust for a Lensbaby. Wonderful image.
Bear_Music I remember this one from the Lensbaby thread. It's an exquisite image.

Llama? Alpaca? Something Andean, anyway.
Your stuff with the LB has been so deft and beautifully judged. Every image seems to make me look, sit back a little, and sigh, "Oh, yes."
