Great shot. I really like how she appears to be coming out from the shadows. From the catchlights in the eyes it seems like you used a ring light, that along with the make-up above her eyes gives her a very intense gaze. The only thing that I would change is to clone out the small freckle above her mouth, it throws off the symmetry you have going from her eyes down. I would also consider maybe brightening the catchlight in her left eye, it seems a little dim compared to the right.

Very cool shot. I love the black and white balloons. It gives such a spooky feel to it.

Do you remember the song "99 Red Balloons" about the end of the world? I know the ballons aren't red but that was what immediately thought of when saw this.
