I don't really see this as abstract at all. The focus is on the eye where it should be and I don't even mind the clumping eyelashes, they seem to go well with the eyeliner. I really like the crop. Only thing bothering me is the darkness on the sides of the nose, if it could be lightened up a little maybe?

powerful image...I am a sucker for eye shots and this eye is gorgeous, lucis and well detailed. I love the composition and the abstract qualities and in a challenge would give this a 14...ooops, we only go up to 10...OK, a 10.

I'm drawn to your eye. It is powerful and magical. I love the lighting and the pose. It definitely is out of the ordinary and thats one reason this shot works so well. The OOF part of your body at first was a distraction for me but the longer I look at the shot, the more is blends into the background and now doesn't bother me at all. I like it, a lot.

I don't thinkI'd call it an abstract, but it is a cool shot. Good lines, great focal point. Low saturation works too.

The only suggestion would be - since the eye is the focal point, less clumpiness or more seperation in the eyelashes would improve the image.

the focus is in the PERFECT spot. that's awesome. It does feel kind of abstract in the body area. a little hard to tell what body parts are making which lines and shadows. very striking. and the square catchlight is very cool too.
