What isn't to love about this?? This, in a black frame would make an awesome poster.
Wish I knew enough or could manage lighting like this too.

Technicals: The lighting bothers me somehow. I see you are going for contrasty with the face (and that's good), but somehow it doesn't jive with the very low contrast of the background. Maybe that's a small nitpick.
The Feel: The blood looks a bit on the "staged" side, but I do like the slightly androgynous feel of the model and outfit.
