Yes, it certainly is a what question. Must have been a Balloon vendor up the road? ha ha. Over all I like it however a few things that could be improved is if they were walking into the frame instead of out by moving the camera left would have been very effective and would have taken out the disruptive car on the right. Also, I fine the photo a little dark (under exposed) would have been a better shot if you could see the details better on the two men. Still nicely done.

Way to red and hard to figure out what the tool is for plus the focus point is on the timber not the tool! Maybe another angle, moore part of the pic in focus and not so red!
