K I S Sby NullixComment by samtrundle: This is, unfortunately one time where keeping it simple hasn't done you any favours. The lighting here is a bit flat and the thimble could be sharper. I'd try playing around a bit more with curves and contrast - perhaps a touch of USM too.

K I S Sby NullixComment by Sheryll: Could be a little sharper on the thimble. Try increasing contrast a little and see if that helps the image stand out better. Your whites are a lttle gray... might be able to fix that in levels. |
