You should take a look at the tutorial about sizing shots for challenges. You'll do much better if you use the entire 640 pixels allowed. This shot is too small.

Nice point of view, showing the impossibiity of crossing in the rain (and in the traffic). To get the image larger, use the Save for Web... feature in Photoshop, or just save it at 72 dpi and about 600-640 pixels on the longest side.

I am sure you got tons of comments telling the size of your photo is too small. That's right. You can use the full 640 pixels allowed. That would really help your photo.

I'm trying to leave comments on any photos I score below a 5. I hope you will find it helpful.

I scored this 3. You will probably get many comments about the size of the submssion being too small. It's difficult to see the subject. What makes is worse is that I think the composition is very busy and makes it hard to for the viewer to dtermine what you were wanting us to see. The most notcable thing to me is the white back end of the truck on the left. It's obviously raning, but there is no real interest here.
