Dark & Lightby boyetvComment by Nobody: This doesn't grab me. I entered something similar in an earlier challenge and it bombed. I think that this is a much more difficult composition that we realize. It's a balance between blown-out highlights around the candle and the rest being too dark. |

Dark & Lightby boyetvComment by pixieland: The ides was good, but I don't think it came out as good as you may have planned. The glass looks smudgy ( I had the same problem in one of my own photos ) and the lighting isn't really doing anything to enhance the subject. |
