I like the focal areas in this. Overall looks a little dark, but could be my monitor or intentional. Perhaps a variation in background color may have 'lifted' this a little and given it more of an edge. I only voted - 30% or so in this Challenge and didn't get to this. Hypothetically, perhaps a 4 or 5, for the reasons given above, plus would like to have seen more 'yellow' dominate, for the Challenge - just my opinion.

Nice capture. Likely difficult, but perhaps trying to tweak the colors a little, as well as a fraction nudge rotate up on the left and then a more refined crop, may make this even better, in my opinion. The overall symmetry is nice in this, with the 'ripple from the loon' adding a good element. Not sure on the cloud at the top.
