this is sooo pretty! I love that killer red & you captured the papery look of a poppy so well! And their hairy legs (stems!) too. Pretty orientation with the repition of the curve of the bloom following that of the long grasses

This is a magnificent garden with lots of loving pride in their placements! I would have moved the cage at the bottom of the image.

This image has its faults as you mentioned but it has some really great elements as well. I can see why you liked it enough to post it. I love the fact its a scenery shot but the flowers really pop forward! Great depth to the image! The one white one breaks up the pattern and creates a pleasing image to look at! Excellent! I think its a keeper regardless of its faults.
