Abraby AbraComment by tvsometime: An elaborate symphony in three movements here: the freize of seagull action at the top; the boy and fence in the middle; and the pool of water and sand (or whatever) at the bottom. The boy is the focus of course - and the transition tying it all together. Nice work. voted earlier |

Abraby AbraComment by RyanW: great story here, and happy to see the love of photography being encouraged to develop at a young age! |

the colours after the stormby AbraComment by SaraR: Love the slice of life style, and the bird (swan?) flying through the rainbow is a real moment of serendipity. Less keen on the white balance - the colour may be how it was, but it looks 'wrong' and unbalanced to my eye. |

Abraby AbraComment by insteps: I have one minor nitpick with this beautiful photograph. The boys arms, holding camera, line up on the pole. If he would have taken one step forward the framing would have been perfect. That's the challenge of candid moments. This is still a brilliant monochrome. Well done! |

Abraby AbraComment by blindjustice: All the wonder of photography in one frame- the bright and dark, and sharp and fuzzed, the beautiful reflections, and candid look. |

the colours after the stormby AbraComment by Elaine: The sky and rainbow are pastel, but the rest of the shot is not. I would have given a much higher score if only the sky and some of the tree tops were included. |
