I can see what you were going for here, but I think this could be better. Here would be my suggestions.

1. This is a portrait, but the face is not in focus. I understand that you focused on the guitar, but since her face is here, it's a portrait. Either have the face in focus, or crop so that the top have of her is not in the photo.

2. That ceiling light is the brightest thing in the photo, and it's not appealing. Maybe move around to not have those ceiling lights shown.

3. It's a bit dark for my tastes.

Another one that says so much with the title and the photo combined. At first I figured you were talking about the man next to her, and I was thinking that it was a rather self righteous title (whether true or not, I didn't know) But then I saw the guy walking by and drinking. Now it may not be a large starbucks that he's drinking. It's a pretty small cup. But it started me thinking just how much we spend on frivolous drinks. I love the multiple levels of thought that this brought me through. -8-
