Very interseting composition. The jagged white highlights are both interesting and offputting at the same time. They are as much the subject as the Dragonfly is and therefore compete with him.

I feel there is a few thing a wrong with this image for one there is too much negative space it could have been cropped better which would have brought the fly out more i think the subject is too central with in the image using the rule of the third would help here the lighting seems very harsh on the subject I hope my comment has been constructive ..Hope too see more of your work
