I like the combination of the grave and the church. Nice tint, looks better than pure B&W I think. (And I love the quiet atmosphere of graveyards).

Great choice for B+W. I actually like the hint of the cross in the background that echoes the subject better than if it was popped through HDR.

Cool tower. Focus looks a little softer on the top than on the brick. Not sure if that's just because of the contrast with the sky, or a wide f-stop thrown off by the camera angle. You're right that architectural shots often look better straight on than at an angle up, but this one has some nice elements and framing to it.
