Less than good: centered composition, blown-out highlights, no true blacks

Would fixing these things make this a GOOD picture? Maybe, I'm not sure.

I like the curves in the bent swirls that radiate out to the lighted circles. It almost gives the scene a sense of motion. Color hues of this composition are nice warm ones. Love how the rich brown of the ceiling complements the warm amber/cream of the circular portions of this lighted fixture. My critique is that I think the image would be strengthened if you did a tighter crop so the eye's focus stays on the main subject - there is too much empty space on the right and left.
