Heads Up!by ShannonLeeComment by SherwinJames: Whoah! How awesome is that! Nice stop action shot. The waves in the foreground really does a good job of giving the surfer the feel of being "out there". Great sense of excitement here. |

Approachby ShannonLeeComment by Jutilda: Love this. Great DOF. The focus on the guy with that blur in the background - has a nice story. |

Pursuit of Cloudsby ShannonLeeComment by s4nd3r99: Excellent! looks almost like a dream.
A little off-topic: I always thought the teeth breaking sentence was 'She sells sea shells by the seashore'. |

Sand Princessby ShannonLeeComment by xianart: excellent work. made me smile as the image opened. tones, colours,a nd textures all work well. the composition, with the long landscape, works very well too. we start on the right, with the castles, and follow her gaze right on through. but are always brought back by her hair.
nice one indeed |

Mightyby ShannonLeeComment by xianart: this is a very well done image indeed. the bright strong colours work well to counteract the possibly cloying sentimentality that could have happened with this shot. the composition is good, clean and simple. the lines leading into the walker echo the horizon, and surf. the straight processing also helps to make this a real boy, not a symbol of fortitude, or suffering etc.
excellent all 'round work. |
